833s.net is operated by Mike, based in the United Kingdom. For any privacy question or data request, contact contact@833s.net.
User accounts
Sign-in is available via Google or Discord (OAuth). When you sign in, the following is stored in Supabase (see Data processors below):
- Your OAuth provider user ID (Google or Discord)
- Your email address as provided by the OAuth provider
- Your display name and avatar URL as provided by the OAuth provider
- Your plan tier (Free or Pro) and credit balance
Lawful basis: contract — account data is necessary to provide the service.
Obfuscation jobs & source code
When you submit a script for obfuscation, the following is recorded in an obfuscation log in Supabase:
- Your user ID
- File name (if provided)
- Script size in bytes
- Credits used and plan tier
- Job status (success or failure) and any error detail
- The submitted source code
Source code retention:
- Free tier: source code is automatically deleted after 3 days.
- Pro tier: source code is retained for the lifetime of your account to support persistent job history access and reprocessing. It is deleted when your account is closed or terminated, or earlier on request via contact@833s.net.
Lawful basis: contract — logs are necessary to provide the service, handle credit disputes, and diagnose failures. Pro retention supports persistent job history as a service feature.
The compiled output is returned to your browser and is not persistently stored by 833s.net.
In-Game Script Telemetry (NanoVM)
When you obfuscate a script, NanoVM may inject a lightweight telemetry heartbeat ("Runtime Analytics") to gather execution health data (such as average session lengths and executor crash signatures) from the end-users running your script. This allows us to diagnose broken executor environments and provide support. This telemetry does not collect Personally Identifiable Information (PII) such as player User IDs, usernames, or IP addresses. It is strictly non-identifying health statistics.
Lawful basis: legitimate interest — ensuring the reliability and ongoing compatibility of our VM across volatile third-party executors. (Pro users can opt out during obfuscation).
Site analytics
Cloudflare Web Analytics collects aggregate, cookieless traffic data — page views, approximate country, browser type, referrer. No individual visitors are tracked. No personal data is collected by this service.
Lawful basis: legitimate interest — understanding aggregate traffic to improve the site.
Hosting & infrastructure
833s.net is served via Cloudflare Workers. Cloudflare processes standard request metadata (IP address, path, timestamps) for routing, DDoS protection, and security. This processing is governed by Cloudflare's privacy policy. 833s.net does not separately log or store request-level data.
Cookies
833s.net sets no first-party cookies. Cloudflare may set security-related cookies on some visits as described in their own disclosures. Supabase uses a session token stored in your browser's local storage to maintain your sign-in state — this is necessary for authentication and is not used for tracking.
Email sent to contact@833s.net is forwarded via Cloudflare Email Routing and replies are sent via Resend. The contents of your email are used to respond to your enquiry and provide account or support assistance. Email correspondence may remain subject to normal provider retention and security practices.
Third-party services
833s.net uses the following third-party services. Where a service acts as a data processor (processing personal data on behalf of 833s.net), a data processing agreement is in place. Where a service acts as an independent controller, its own privacy policy governs that processing.
