Terms of Service

1. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse 833s.net or any of its services. Prohibited conduct includes:

• Attempting to extract, copy, or reconstruct the NanoVM obfuscator implementation or its compiled output format
• Abusing, overloading, or attempting to circumvent rate limits or service controls
• Using the Discord bot for harassment, spam, or any malicious purpose
• Submitting scripts containing content that is illegal under UK law
• Attempting to access another user's account, credits, or job history

2. NanoVM Obfuscator — Free Tier

The Free tier is provided at no cost and offers 3 obfuscation runs per 24-hour window. Free-tier access may be modified, rate-limited, or withdrawn at any time. No compensation is owed if free access changes.

3. NanoVM Obfuscator — Pro Access & Credits

Pro access is currently available via the 833s Discord server. By purchasing Pro credits or a subscription, you agree to the following:

• Credits are consumed on each successful obfuscation job. Credits are not charged on jobs that fail due to a service error on 833s.net's side — they are automatically refunded.
• Credits have no monetary value and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash.
• Unused credits expire if your account is terminated for a Terms violation. If 833s.net closes your account for operational reasons unrelated to your conduct, or if you voluntarily close your account, unused purchased credits may be refunded — contact contact@833s.net.
• Refunds are not available for credits already consumed. For credits purchased in error and not yet used, contact contact@833s.net within 14 days of purchase. This is 833s.net's voluntary policy and does not limit any statutory cancellation or refund rights you may have under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 or other applicable law.
• Prices may change. Any price change will be announced in the 833s Discord server before taking effect.

Nothing in these terms removes or limits any statutory rights you have as a consumer under UK law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

4. Your Scripts & Source Code

You retain full ownership of any scripts you submit for obfuscation. By submitting a script, you grant 833s.net a limited right to process it solely to provide the obfuscation service. Source code is stored as described in the Privacy Policy. 833s.net does not claim any rights over your source code or the compiled output.

In-Game Analytics: To maintain the health of the compiler and support our users across volatile executors, free-tier obfuscation injects a mandatory telemetry module into your compiled script. This tracks anonymous execution health (crashes, session length). It does not track user IDs. By using the free tier, you agree to this injection. Pro members may opt out.

5. Service Availability

833s.net and the NanoVM Obfuscator are provided on an "as available" basis. 833s.net makes reasonable efforts to maintain uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be modified, suspended, or discontinued with reasonable notice where practicable.

833s.net is not liable for actions taken against your Roblox or Discord account as a result of using these scripts or tools. Scripts are provided as software utilities — you are responsible for how you use them within those platforms' own terms.

Script maintenance: scripts distributed via 833s.net are not guaranteed to be maintained. Maintenance is provided at 833s.net's discretion, prioritised for scripts that are in active use. Scripts may become outdated following game updates or executor changes without prior notice.

6. Accounts & Termination

833s.net reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. On any account closure:

• Access to the NanoVM Obfuscator and any Pro features is revoked immediately
• Your job history, profile data, and stored source code will be deleted within 30 days

Regarding credits on termination:

• Terminated for a Terms violation: unused credits are forfeited.
• Closed by 833s.net for operational reasons: unused purchased credits will be refunded.
• Voluntarily closed by you: contact contact@833s.net — unused purchased credits may be refunded at 833s.net's discretion, subject to any applicable statutory rights.

7. Discord Server Rules

833s.net accounts are linked to participation in the 833s Discord server. Serious or repeated violations of the server rules may result in account suspension on 833s.net. A summary of the rules is at /rules; the full rules are in the Discord server's #rules channel.

8. Changes to These Terms

833s.net may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be announced in the Discord server before taking effect. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Nothing in these Terms affects any non-excludable consumer rights you have under applicable law.
